Do you deliver your items Internationally?

We offer Free Shipping to almost all of the countries around the world.

Where are you based?

DLC Arts & Crafts is a passion project that is currently based in Spain. However, we travel across Europe mostly for work which is why we do not have permanent address.

How long does it take for each item to be made?

Almost all our products are carefully handmade with genuine love and care. This is why it takes us with so much time and effort in making them very personal to our customers. We create each item every time you place an order, so it can take us about 5-10 days to prepare and process before shipping them to you.  

Our Souvenir products (DLC Merchandise) is made and produced with the help of Printful. You will see the manufacturing and processing time upon checking out the item.


With our PreLoved Items, please allow us to process your orders within 3-5 days, not including weekends and holidays.

How do we take good care of the products we purchased?

Unfortunately, all our jewelry and accessories are not waterproof. Try to avoid contact with water, especially swimming pools, as this can reduce the lifespan of your jewellery and accessories. Be careful and avoid exposure to perfumes, hair products, lotions, soaps, oils and household chemicals. Always remove jewellery before exercising or cleaning.

If necessary, use warm water with mild, fragrance-free soap to clean your jewellery and accessories (only dry cloth for wooden pieces). Gently pat dry with a clean microfiber cloth or cotton after rinsing with warm water.

Shipping Policy

Usually shipping takes between 5-10 business days. However, in certain cases, please allow 1-4 weeks for the items to arrive from dispatch. If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us an email at or send us a message here and we'll do our best to get back to you within 48 hours.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
